REPORTS: Many Arrests In Ottawa Are Just Smoke And Mirrors, Tyranny, Protesters Not Being Charged [VIDEOS]

The UN forces and their local supplements might be able to get away with that until Monday night. If Parliament fails to ratify use of the Emergencies Act, handcuffing people, putting them in your car and dropping them off in the middle of nowhere would be kidnapping at that point.
Furthermore, I’m uncertain if crimes will be deemed to have been committed in the last week upon failure to ratify. In other words, does castreau get this week for free whether its use is approved or not? It’s the first time the Act has been invoked so there’s a lot we don’t know. The Preamble in the Act states:
“AND WHEREAS the Governor in Council, in taking such special temporary measures, would be subject to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Bill of Rights and must have regard to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, particularly with respect to those fundamental rights that are not to be limited or abridged even in a national emergency; ...”
So all of the freedoms guaranteed under the Charter are still intact under the EA, yet they’re being ignored and even trampled in some cases. Constitutional lawyers and the Provincial Premiers are making court challenges already, so trudeau may have stepped in it yet again, but this one won’t be easy for him to ever wipe off. The irony of his father invoking the War Measures Act in 1970 and his son invoking its new and improved version for the first time 52 years later isn’t lost on Canadians. They’re a family of tyrants who are known for their admiration of other tyrants.
If Tanner was not being overly dramatic and operating on adrenaline and they really did give him a vaccine dose + booster when they arrested him, any of those protestors/truckers could drop dead in the next 24 hours to 3 weeks. This will be over either way, but a bunch of people will no longer be troubling the little prince on Parliament Hill.
Although considering the other antics have occurred, how about Trooodough just goin' full Monty and shutting down Parliament altogether?
Screwy as ****, but what other option does he really have at this point?
And what's the downside? Somebody's going to send him a strongly worded letter about it?
Don't know about you, but I've kinda lost my taste for popcorn this week in favor of a spot inventory of the ammo locker.
Bad mojo out there. VERY bad.
