•2 wks ago, Canadian suppliers were hit with desperate reqfrom #Ottawa for gas masks, MRE’s, gear etc
•I see odd uniforms w/tape over patches.
•some officers are fumbling with a gas mask like they never put one on & dropping pistols during handling
