“If I wasn’t a diabetic, I’d eat 2-3/day.”

Dark chocolate doesn’t have much sugar, does it? It’s my favorite.

When I worked in Advertising in NYC, I had Droste as a client, and would fly to Amsterdam every month. I had so much dark chocolate as gifts and leftover from ad product shoots, I got tired of it.

Dark chocolates typically contain some sugar, but the amounts are usually small and the darker the chocolate, the less sugar it will contain. Chocolate is one of the few foods that taste awesome while providing significant health benefits.

I can take the 60% dark, but my wife buys the 72% and more. Can’t eat it. Way too bitter.

Lindt is much better anyhow.

The sugar content is plainly labeled. learn to read these labels if you are concerned for your health. Pay close attention to carbs, sugars and sodium. Dark chocolate is my only dessert now on my new diet. it’s not sweet but it satisfies.
