I’d be happy to see him reinstated and then elected to a third term.

If Trump were to be reinstated before the 2024 term then he can't run again in 2024. The 22nd Amendment limits him to being elected twice.

The 22nd Amendment says otherwise:

“No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.”

If the 2020 results are overturned due to fraud and Biden is ousted then Trump would be finishing the term that Biden was legally (but fraudulently) elected to. Therefore so long as Trump completes less than 24 months of the 2021-2025 term then he is eligible to run again in 2024.
