Who is it? She was identified as LdR in the accompanying article. A recent picture of LdR and Boris Johnson shows her with similar flyaway hair. Although she does look chubbier than most pictures of LdR.
I think the caption at the time said it was one of Hillary’s oldest girlfriends from college. I remember thinking how bad Hillary aged. And surprised she really had any friends.
