I came across important info tonight. When trying to stop a cytokine storm you must not consume immune-boosting foods/supplement because it makes the storm worse because one side of the cytokines is over-reacting from illness, and then the other side is over-immune-boosted, and you get a nuclear type reaction of big trouble.

What is confusing is that you need those things early in the illness, and then later they will make things worse.

I am grateful I found one article tonight that warned about this. Only one did.

I thought I was doing the right thing, but it was 100% wrong.

I am drinking a lot of water to flush out the supplements.

Still taking ivermectin as an anti-inflammatory, but no zinc, as I believe the active virus is gone.

Man! All the information is so confusing. However, I did continue to take my normal vitamins during my illness, even though it took lots of will power to drink enough water to get them down.

I was thinking earlier, and then remembered that I was so weak that it took every effort to take a bath or wash my hair. I never want to feel that way again!
