Do you all have one of those little things that clip to your finger to measure oxygen levels? If not, you should have one. Your “normal” oxygen level should be about 96. Mine and my husband’s got down to about 85...very abnormal. It’s always good to have one of those around, just in case. I don’t think they are expensive. They also measure heart rate.
I’m relieved to hear that you’ve been able to do more things. At least your energy level seems to be returning. Just don’t overdo so you don’t relapse. One good thing is that you will have natural antibodies now. Should help relieve your mind. It did mine. LOL!
I don’t have an oxygen sensor, should get one. The FLCCC Alliance webpage says they are not as accurate as professional sensors but still useful in detecting downward trends of oxygen level. I suppose Walgreens has them.
