I just saw this and I hesitate to respond because yesterday got a little rough. I apologize for my contributions to that.
I just sincerely do not understand the anger, finger-pointing and ultimatums many on FR (not necessarily here) are throwing at Donald Trump.
I remember watching a man fight tooth and nail to protect us. And for his efforts he was called racist, a xenophobe, a clown. Did he rely on medical advice from Fauci? Sure...he had the 100% backing of Mike Pence. But we also saw him try and sideline Fauci with Jerome Adams.
Did he rely on the CDC and FDA for honesty? Yes. We all did.
He replenished depleted PPEs and built hospital facilities overnight to help blue state cities.
He delivered vaccines in record time that did save lives.
He personally fought death from this virus and committed to making the protocols that saved his life available to all.
Trump is not responsible for what's happened this past year; and we know this sh*t show wouldn't have happened under his watch. So I do not understand why so many are so hellbent on diminishing what Trump accomplished and dragging him into Biden's world of crap.
I just don't understand it. And, again, I apologize if my frustration spilled onto you.

I wore my “BIDEN is NOT my President T Shirt to Frys grocery yesterday. I had 4 people tell me that they loved my shirt and one guy was like an isle away and yelled out Hey, I Love your Shirt! and then others swivelled their heads around to see my shirt@! It was AWESOME!

I definitely am thankful for Trump and all he did, but like all humans, we make mistakes. Some bad advice here, some bad advice there. Hard for a new comer to come into the swamp and get godly councilors, easy for the seasoned ones to take advantage of newbies, after all that is their skill set. Some very bad folks blocked the wise advice, out positioning them. Guys like Fauci and Barr. Why was he not warned about Jan 6. What a trap. Somebody close to Trump leaked the info to the bad guys. Well coordinated trap which many suffer greatly for.
I really want Trump to come back, but if we have the same GOP crew in office it will be the same old S.S.
I agree with you about Trump. He’s not a medical professional. Although he is still recommending the vaccine, he doesn’t believe in mandates, it’s an individual choice. And I doubt he would have allowed the deliberate denial of life saving treatments like this regime is doing.
And he wouldn’t have welcomed 2 million untested, unvaccinated sick illegals in, nor the untested Afghans. We wouldn’t have a healthcare worker shortage because he wouldn’t have fired them over the vaccine.
