Good morning exit!
Yes, this member of the night shift tried something different.
I turned my computer off. Usually I sleep with white noise, and it’s the sounds of rain beating against the window, with some thunder now and again in the background. Lol, now I don’t know if this has been doing something to me subliminally, but last night I hit the sack at 9:30. Woke up to make my bladder run at 1:30. Then didn’t open my eyes again until 5:30! That’s quite a good night for me.
Now, had I chosen to get up at 5:30, that would have been 8 hours sleep with only once to the facilities! But I just got up now.....and feel quite refreshed. We’ll see if this does the trick!
Just read that Canada has stopped the trucker $hot mandate….

Some good news, for a change.
Good morning, sleeping beauties 😍
Wonderful news Judy! Listening to rain may have been sending messages that you need to go to bathroom.
........
Well, as a young RN I learned that if a patient can't pee go turn on the faucet and the sound of water splashing would help them pee. Just say'n.
That must be it, the sound of running water always makes me run to the bathroom. You can change your white noise to a train or Meadow, those ought to be safe. Unless the train makes you wake up thinking that we are all being rounded up.
