I do not take any man made supplements except 1-a-day vitamin pill if I remember. My best defense against diseases is daily exercise. I began exercising at age 59, and now at 81 have much fewer health problems than during my 50’s when I had a slew of them. Daily Exercise is indeed a wonder drug.
I started taking melatonin on suggestion from my doctor to control mild nocturnal seizures, instead of taking very heavy typical seizure drugs which interfered greatly with my daily living. It works for me and has for years now.
