Not necessarily. If a red county delayed vote totals, waiting for Multnomah, it wouldn’t change anything unless the red counties had cheating methods at the ready.
At this point, nothing will change from horrible until the enemy is defeated ie large numbers of arrests happen.
the cheating algorithm cuts across everything ... plus it needs to know how many to allot for and, then, distribute + re-proportion everything ... and then the RATs need to know how many fake ballots to throw in at the end to achieve the pre-planned result. It’s called “Rank Choice Voting” in the Dominion software manuals.
If the red counties delayed their results then the blue cheaters would not know how much to cheat and would have to either go nuts (risking being caught) or be careful and risk losing sometimes.
It’s not a perfect fix but it is something they could do if they were not controlled opposition.
I’ve been thinking about Q’s statement that “symbolism will be their downfall.”
That could simply mean that their need to use symbolism will allow us to recognize them.
But “think mirror.” What if that is a clue to how WE can defeat them? What if using symbolism against them makes US stronger? What if symbols like crosses around our necks, flag pins, MAGA hats, flags on houses, etc. actually make us stronger in this battle?
Remember, “Flags out”? What if Q is telling us to use symbols like these so we can identify each other and be made aware of how many of us there really are?
“Let’s go, Brandon!” has become symbolic for our collective disillusionment. Our enemies are wounded by our collective use of this symbolic phrase. I think Q was telling us to find a symbol like this to unite us, fortify us, and help us defeat the Enemy.

This “sort of” happened in Wisconsin with one of the Walker elections. One of the red counties reported their results officially, but the report they made to the media was missing a ton of votes. A big blue county then sent in their totals. Walker ended up winning and the left was pissed off that the red county gave the wrong totals to the media. The only reason that would matter is that they used the inaccurate totals as their guide on how many fraudulent ballots they needed, and the error left them short.
