Thanks, bitt. I already have covered most of that here; some is not practical for southern climes. I had forgotten about putting bulk items in the room to hold warmth after daylight ends. Also, I have not replaced our smoke detector - just thought of it when I went to check it for the time change. I don't know what happened to our CO2 detector - gone I guess. I doubt that we really need one; no gas or flame in the house right now.
Some of that info may become critical in cold northern climes; there could be rolling blackouts now that these commie airheads are cutting off all fossil fuels.
