I don’t know either, but I do know I’m not ready to die and after talking to many medical people and people who have had covid I decided I was ready to do it, so while I was doing it slowly I might add, I also decided to get the pneumonia shot also, so glad I did...
The drs. say that the Delta is far worse than the actual covid, I don’t know and don’t want to find out, like I said earlier, I went to hell and I don’t want to ever go back again...
I’ve been sick in my life with the flu, heart attacks and broken bones but having children is easier than this...
I’m feeling better, but it will take some time to feel back to where I was...and thank goodness my daughter just lives up the street...she takes very good care of me...

Sounds like you’re over the worst part, but take care of that body the best you can. vitamin C, D, Zinc, Quercetin.
Honestly, I don’t know if the so-called delta is worse or if it’s basically the same.
My theory, without really good evidence, is that the Delta title was invented to cover for early “breakout” cases where the vaccinated caught Covid anyway. They tried to hide that the Jab didn’t work by calling it a variant.
