What I’ve read is this.
Long story short, one form of ADE is spike protein getting inside macrophages; and then they don’t die, but hang around gumming up the works.
Nicotine causes these macrophages to die off in a week or so, and they are replaced by non-infected ones.

And the flushing form of niacin (vit b-3) used in the Niatonin Protocol is also known as nicotinic acid. ;)
