Because of his observed mental state which would have made my post twice the size if I included it in the recollection of my first hand encounter. He was also known locally as a trouble maker, threatening and abusive language, physical intimidation, etc. and a repeat offender apparently. He was also trying to pull his machete on the nice Hispanic gentlemen who was unarmed btw.
After the altercation was resolved, we stayed for dessert determined to to pay our check, unlike so many who just left without paying that night, (we were sitting at the counter the servers were putting together the appetizers, salads etc) and were told by the staff, during our dessert course, about this particular person who was arrested only to be released with his machete by the Progressives in charge to continue his rein of terror upon the local populace and businesses.
In other words, his reputation proceeded him, he was a known threat and thank god the workers and the customers protected us. We also found out he was high on god knows what. Hope that answers all your questions.
thanx.
