Perhaps but that wasn’t my point which was it took over 80 years and a civil war to ‘outlaw’ slavery. You may have to wait a long time for the courts to support your wishes about the vaccines.

That may very well be.

But that doesn’t make them right.

It only means that it takes a very long time and a large number of corpses before their error is reversed.

By the way, did the Supreme Court ever formally admit that Scot vs. Sandford was wrongly decided?
