Pectin like quercetin and aspirin inhibits niacin PGD2 release. This is why it's not on the list. You'll get enough from food when the inflammation begins to be removed from cells. It's fine to do a supplemental quercetin, but just not within 3 or so hours of taking mellie/niacin. You don't need extra zinc either as its uptake will be dramatically increased with nicotinic acid.

Avoiding Ivermectin when you have this protocol makes logical sense. Why advocate a pharma when you don't need to. Plus there are some serious reasons to avoid Ivermectin. Here's a thread on why Ivermectin sux

True. I added up my quercetin intake found if I eat capers regularly I would get an acquitted amount. Not done it with Pectin though I don't eat apples. Though I did buy a few pounds of apples today to make pectin. I think you can use it to replace gelatin for coffee jello.

If I'm not going out of my way on these specific foods then capsules should be taken.

i read the first two studies on Ivermectin. First one said they only used Ivermectin which is a pointless study. The second they over used Ivermectin on live stock. Those studies are worthless
