I think, Melian, that is the plan. The best and brightest are no longer needed or wanted. What is wanted now is mindless robots who will follow orders without questioning. People who will do what they are told without questioning. When they are told. And least but not least. How they are told.

Corporate brainwashing has made huge inroads into people’s logic and analysis.
Layers upon layers of management, company policy manuals that would fill bookcase shelves if printed out, serve to stifle and blunt any independent thinking.
Even though the company stifles constitutional rights inside their walls, there will be the best and brightest outside the walls, who value and cherish their God given rights.
