Are you counting bennies? They cost a lot. I bet the hospital is saving money. Which is probly why they pretended not to notice a nurse who they just got done firing was walking around in there.

They could save a lot of money by firing ALL their nurses and rehiring them as temps. And there goes any union problems too.

Win/Win for hospital administrators and the bottom line.

Teach them nurses to get uppity.

Yep. The Hospitals were cashing in on Covid money but now will lose their profits by their actions. Some are offering $6k to $8k contract bonuses. Watch them ask for a federal bailout and then attempt to put all hospitals under a government umbrella. That’s how communism works.
