my house depreciated 13k in the last 30 days...sales are at a standstill with rates still low...and murmurs about bringing back obama’s “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing”. (building low-cost housing in high-cost suburbs), which California just took a step in that direction by outlawing single-family housing.
