Well Heck how am I supposed to know the answer to that question for all the hospitals in the USA?
I do know about our local health center, and they have procedures and protocols for EVERYTHING - and it is specified exactly what the government and the insurance companies expect.
As far as law suits, if they use ivermectin - the patient lives so who is going to sue them? If they stick with Fauci, they can not be sued.
I personally have my doubts about the story of slipping IVM to patients in order to make the Injected seem to be doing better. However, would some Dr. slip some to a friend or family member? Perhaps.

I would think that if there are written protocols for the local health center, in regards to procedures, insurance companies and government expectations, then the same would apply to other hospitals and centers.
If there were unequal treatment for vaxxed and unvaxxed, that unequal treatment and subsequent death of the unvaxxed would be the subject of the lawsuit, and the families of the deceased would be bringing them.
If Ivermectin was used for all, and it saved lives, the suits would not be coming from the patient and patient’s families, rather from the government, for breaking the established protocol, which didn’t include the Ivermectin.
So, I agree with you, that story is false, about giving vaxxed folks Ivermectin, and denying it to unvaxxed folks.
