Just another reason why Newsom will not be ousted. The DEMs know if they allow this to happen and Elder did become Governor, they would lose the majority in the Senate (although with the RINOs, watch for the defections).

I've said all along that Newsom will not be removed. I stand by that statement.

Here in AZ the law requires that should a Governor need to appoint a replacement for the Senate, that replacement must be from the same party. I agree with that law.

But since CA dos not have that law, I say: GO LARRY!

The Senate is full of arguments for term limitation, from both parties. Two and a half parties, if you include Bernie Sanders.
