When it is somebody famous, like BBC anchor Lisa Shaw or Irish soccer star Roy Butler (23 at death), eventually they can't hide the truth. In the cases of Saw and Butler, their national MSM said, "Died after a short illness." Only when relatives pushed and pushed, did we find out weeks or months later, from coroners' reports, that the Clot Shot killed them.
But if you not famous, just a Regular Joe or Jill, you just died "after a short illness," and that's that.
