My immune system has always been good but at 66 it’s not like it was at 20.


I remember that my 20s were actually rather rough. I think my immune system was still in training. Caught a lot more bugs then than I did in my 30s and all subsequent decades. I’m in your age group, and still seem to be going strong, since I can’t really remember being sick to speak of, at least since I’ve been married (35 yrs). Husband hasn’t either, and he’s older than me, so we’re doing really well, thank God!

I was sick a lot before I retired because of people with kids coming to work sick with viruses they caught from their kids. I haven’t been sick since I retired though. It might not be as bad as I hear it should be. I eat right and take all the right supplements so hopefully it’s better than the average person my age.
