Although I tend to think that what Q meant by putting “scare event necessary” with “scare” in brackets and bold is the literal meaning of the word.

I think it means some threat will seem real and scary because it is but that the threat will be neutralized, which is what the kill brackets mean.

There will be a period of time during which it won’t seem neutralized.

I am wondering if the mandate that the military be vaccinated is not the scare event and meant to scare those in the military. Well, both scare and P.O.
