Thank you. I should eat seaweed, just on principle. Used to eat nori and then learned most is from China. very yuck.
You could also eat sardines, tuna, octopus in olive oil, crabs, shrimp, squid, and others that I don’t know. I think if cows consume good amount of iodine, their milk has it. Some foods like bananas and potatoes can also have some iodine.
I’m a vegetarian so seaweed is likely the best choice for me for iodine.
