What is NAC please? Don’t have time to listen for a few days.
NAC is N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine used as antioxidant for liver, immune & respiratory health
NAC is used to help prevent or lessen liver damage caused by taking large quantities of acetaminophen (Tylenol).
The FDA recently forced NAC off the market. You used to be able to buy it on Amazon and over the counter from most pharmacies. It now requires a prescription… because of its positive impact at treating Covid. I did find it available on several online pharmacies and recently stocked up.
Watch the Youtube video “Coronavirus Update 59: Dr. Roger Seheult's Daily Regimen (Vitamin D, C, Zinc, Quercetin, NAC)” at the below link. It gives very good information on how the supplements work to boost the immune system and reduce the chances of catching and the severity of the illness if caught. He also gives guidelines on dosages.
The video was recorded April of 2020, so the first 1 ½ minutes is old information on the Covid outbreak. The discussion of NAC begins at 8:10.
