Since it was stated from the beginning that the injection would not prevent transmission, but might reduce the symptoms, it is not a vaccine by definition.
IIRC, the CDC or NIH changed their definition of vaccine, but I do not recall any new legislation to change that definition and according to the US code it ain’t a vaccine.

You know, I read that this is ‘how it’s done.’ I stumbled across a website and would end up backing out of it real slow like so as not to startle anyone.
But he said Chinese surveillance state is instituted on a local level. He said he had proof we already had those networks, that they were mapped out into neighborhoods across the nation and were being used to tamp down resistance to everything. He said the net was tightening, but would so so slowly and locally while we kept our eyes on the horizon, watching for UN tanks etc.
