If Nancy Pelosi can house the Capital Police in within the States to investigate citizens as threats, then the Texas Rangers should be allowed to apply Texas law outside the borders of Texas.

Personally, I think that the capital police should be arrested and detained by the local/county/state police in whatever locales they attempt to impersonate police within. They should be held without bail, until such a time as the left releases and reimburses all the political prisoners they’re holding as a result of the so-called “insurrection” on 1/6.

The capital police have NO JURISDICTION outside of the capital building and its grounds. If they try to arrest outside of their jurisdiction, ignore them. They are an enemy force.

Let’s not let Nanzi’s SS even get a foothold.

I’m thinking Gov Abbott has already sent law enforcement after those legislators that fled the state.

The Texas Rangers already have the right to retrieve fugitives anywhere in the union from their entry treaty.
