A low carb breakfast instant microwave muffin/ pudding thing.
Mix in large mug
1 Tbsp cocoa
2 Tbsp almond flour
1 tsp stevia/erythritol
Pinch baking powder
Stir in 1 Tbsp olive oil, then stir in one egg. Thin with 1/8 to 1/4 cup milk.
Microwave 80 to 90 seconds. Less milk or more time makes more of a muffin, more milk or less time, a pudding.
I lose weight on this breakfast.
That sounds great.
Some powdered peanut butter (available in stores) could turn this into a Reese cup.
