It is so bad that the forests are actually closed.
I can’t ever recall this happening.
Our tourist trade will take a hit but it’s better that than burning to the ground because of some careless camper and believe me we have many of those.

We just narrowly missed the drought. Food supply will be affected. Cattle being sold off because ranchers can’t feed them.
