The temp is spot on. I just picked my kid up from helping out at baseball camp & it was 72*. I hate to brag, but the good thing is there is no humidity, so if you are too hot standing in the sun, you can move to the shade & cool off real quick. Plus there is a nice gentle breeze.
That home is a little a little closer to the beach than I am. If you scroll up on that map I’m at Gothard & Ellis. My house is a little bigger, but about the same price, last time a realtor sent a flier around in our neighborhood.
I got very lucky moving here - I think I said before. My wife put money down on the home & told me later. I would have never done it, but it worked out.
