And it’s nothing new. It’s just a 21st century brokerage site for the lowest sort of Hollywood humanity, i.e. Public Relations flacks. The Under-Assistant West Coast Promo Men of song and legend.
Never limited to show business. About 1985 I was involved in a “placed” story in an industrial trade magazine. My boss found the rag, who sent ‘round a “reporter”, and I was delegated to write the article for him.
