I checked the webcams for beaches in Southern CA today...Huntington Beach...Venice Beach...All cloudy...June gloom...
Inland areas are in the heat 100 plus
Recall the adulterous bastard.
“In prolonged heat waves, some older power equipment simply cannot cool down and fails from a technical kind of heat stroke.”
Someone should think about replacing that older equipment.
Oh, right. This is California.
Never mind.

Hmmmm Thinking he never cared about this before. Guess figures might get some Votes out of it. SPIT
What Gavin wishes he could say about the ‘little people, and all their weather discomforts; “Let Them Eat Ice!”
Reminds me of the air-conditioned "Suicide Centers" in "Soylent Green."
Regards,
“The order allows the use of back-up power generation and frees up additional energy capacity…”
It takes an ORDER from the GOVERNOR to do this? Why the hell can’t the ISO and utilities make these decisions?
Thus proving the black outs are self induced.
Thus proving the black outs are self induced.
The state has run out of electricity now, so let’s just wait until there’s 20,000,000 more ELECTRIC cars on the road. Politicians and greenies are incapable of rational thought and critical thinking. Actions have consequences.
Central planning is always the best. That’s been proven around the world many times. The government can respond so much better and faster than the free market./s
they deliberately limit energy supplies?
are they deliberately creating the brown outs?
lawsuits should be filed as brown outs threaten lives.
to free up additional energy capacity//
When I read that at the top of the story
I thought maybe gavin pulled his head
out of nanzies butt and quit peeing our
hydro electric water straight into the ocean
and started using our resevoir system as designed
But then I read the rest and it appears, no,
he’s spending money to buy electricity
from other states.
So his head must still be
up nanzies butt.
Got to be some rice bowls involved somewhere
is my guess.

I grew up in southern Arizona in the 60’s. Almost everyone had “swamp coolers” and very few homes had air conditioning. The motels that had air conditioning advertised on their signs out front. The only buildings that had refrigerated air were large commercial buildings. When it got really hot, we would go downtown and hang out in the department stores or go to one of the parks that had a pool. We survived.
Tell them to stop charging cars during daylight hours.
