Camela was born in the US. But to two non-citizen parents who were here on student visas, not permanent residents. And by the Jamaican constitution, she was born a Jamaican citizen.

she would have had to renounce her Jam citizenship by her 18th birthday, IIRC, like Ohumma should have done..which he did not..
