Cookery slide...

I always run really high on the iron, ferritin levels so I’m kind of afraid to use cast iron. I should donate blood.

I use heavy stainless steel pans, but as I get older and my thumb joint deteriorates, and my wrist is still weak from my break, it gets harder and harder for me to use my good pans.

I saw some ceramic ones at Costco that were lightweight but stick free (ha, that’s not what it’s called) I may get those but I need to research if they have a coating on them.

My hands are weak also. I have a great stainless steel set, butcuse my ceramic non stick pan most every day.
