It's hard for most people. Kudos to you for your preparation work. However that 7 days was not devoid of media or no stores at all being open. That 7 days was a small pocket of the population. If that happens on national or global scale, it's a much much different ball of wax.
That’s true. I went 2 weeks without power after Irma, but the stores and gas stations were open. I got so acclimated to the heat I’d freeze every time I walked into a store.
