And civilian traitors are tried in civilian court.

I just don’t see the military getting involved with any of this now. Maybe before January 20th.

There is no constitutional requirement that anyone be tried before a certain court. The Bill of Rights guarantees a jury trial from the place where the crime was committed, the assistance of counsel, protection from double jeopardy, bills of attainder, etc., but no right to be tried by a certain court.
