Deer carcasses are all over the road here in PA. Much more than normal methinks. A friend travelling across PA noted the same; she just had family in a devastating auto accident involving a deer.

Deer carcasses are all over the road here in PA. Much more than normal methinks. Saw quite a few in western KY, southern IL, and most of MO too. The deer have forgotten how to cross the freeway.

Same in Ohio - and I’ve pretty much hit all corners of the state in the past month - eeverrrrywhere can’t drive more then 10 miles without seeing one

Now that you mention it I noticed a bunch more dead deer on the side of the road this past week. I even commented on it to my kid. I did get to see a bald eagle the other day. Had something in its talons and two smaller birds were chasing it. Beutiful bird.
