This happened If i remember right with the 1970 Chilean presidential election. Their supreme court unanimously ruled the election fraudulent and ordered Salvador Allende to step down. He refused. Augusto Pinochet was ordered by their supreme court to take control which he did.
Our media has changed the history on how this took place but you can still find it.
For us I would expect a new election if the court does anything at all. Though if our courts doesn't act then our military is also allowed to act given it was a foreign take over.
new election is the best way once this covid BS can't use mail in votes or other notorious actions. Which is why they're dragging the Covid BS out at the cost of millions of peoples lives in my opinion. In order to stay in a state of emergency

There will NOT be a new election.
Constitution does not provide for such a thing.
If sufficient evidence shows there were \2 elections...2 tabulations\ the court could order all votes in the second tabulation as fraudulent and of no consequence.
The tabulated victor in the legitimate \first\ election is then declared the winner.
First election ended when the States officially declared and end to tabulation, approximately 1am on 11-4.
What evidence, you ask?
Foreign servers; Germany.
Never been officially confirmed or denied by proper, credible sources [AKA: MILINT].
