I'm really not following you at all. What do you mean miss thousands of "marked" ballots? Aren't all the ballots marked, even the ones done by real voters? The question is how do you detect the difference between a real voter marking a mail in ballot with a pen and a democrat operative marking a ballot with a pen? If the dems took the time to fold the ballots then it's going to be next to impossible to tell a real voters ballot from those filled out in the back room by democrats.
