Authorities have arrested a man who police believe severed his finger while slashing his neighbor's car tires after an argument.
The Casa Grande Dispatch reported that the Maricopa Police Department said Kevin Johnson was arrested and identified as the owner of the finger found on his neighbor's driveway.

I was in Maricopa one time getting gas and this little kid next door was throwing rocks at a rooster in his yard.
The yard had about 8ft high fences that kept the birds in place. I’ll be damned if that bird didn’t fly right out after being pelted a couple times.
I laughed and laughed. Child was stunned.

It was a joke about the DNA.
They obviously have his fingerprint and he’s probably a repeat criminal with prints on file, so just use the handily available fingerprint to ID him. No need for a long and expensive DNA test.
