Apple’s new M series chips seemingly have them all beat. Their M series equipped in their lowest-end macs is beating out all but the absolutely highest-end chips used in the PC market while still being ultra cool. It’s been said that they’re due to release a processor for their mid-range and possibly high-end within the next couple months.
NVIDIA’s arm chips will likely come closest
And they sip the battery while doing it. M1 is also an ARM-based design. Some of the software packages still run faster on the M1 units even though they're being run under Rosetta 2, and aren't native code for the M1. It's a great time to be alive. :^)
And Apple still won’t take any market share for their troubles.
