I remember him. He used to take Tony's sister to the carnival while leaving Tony home.

The sister grew up to be a typical moonbat who would spend her entire life sponging off other people and generally complaining about everything. She did have one good moment though where she blew that one guy's head off (and Tony had to come clean the mess).
