Prince Consort. One of the early bones of contention between him & the Queen early in their marriage, in fact, was that she declined to have him made King.
Yet he most definitely wore the pants within his family. Probably explains much of why Chuckles is such a messed-up guy. His fave in the family was Princess Anne, who in some ways was as much of a bitch as Philip was a bastard.
