ME was awful. I liked XP. Frankly my favorite 3.1.

I liked XP!
And, I like 7. I’m using it now.

I miss DOS, too. WordPerfect for DOS was so powerful; when they caved to Windows format, it lost a lot. Paradox for DOS was good, too.

Now I’m hanging on to Windows 7 with Office 2003. DH deals with Windows 10 renting Office 365.

I didn’t hate Vista. I hated Vista until I worked in 10 for a few weeks; then I realized Vista was OK.

I do have XP on an old laptop that I’d love to get in to, but can’t use. (I like the XP sound recorder.) Blue screen of death. It’s probably easy to troubleshoot but I don’t know how. :(

Got Linux. I have to use Windows 10 occasionally.

I was wondering if anyone would mention MS BOB. Should have been #1.

Well at least XP did what it was supposed to do.

Definitely. I have WP on all my systems. I prefer the DOS version, though. It was more fun (it made you think) and did some things the Windows versions of WP can’t do.

I hated 98, too. You had to reboot to change the hard IP address.

I’m a Linux user.

What is the Windows thingy you all keep talking about? Sounds horrible.

I’m still tying to get my Windows 10 PC to dual boot to Linux. The problem is that Linus is an ISO boot and Windows is an EIFT (or something) boot.

It is. All the horrible things you read about it is true. I run Linux for my everyday use.
