They might claim the VaccPasses will be unhackable but I doubt it. And what about all the people who’ve already gotten shots? How will they get these passports? Which means the weak link in their chain is the original shot record. So now might be a good time to get a fake shot record.
Texas already has all the data they need. When we get the invite email it has a QR code in it. In my group it was walk inside not drive up so we lined up outside on 6 foot spots till they opened the doors then they scanned your QR code and Both sides of our drivers license. Then we went to the station where they scanned again the QR code and our DL and the vial of the dose they were using. Beforehand you had to sign a release which unlike other people I took the time to read. It has a HIPPA waiver in it for not only the county but also the state and the Fed gov. So Texas has in a database that they freely admit they are keeping the QR invite group which is your day and time, your DL both sides and in Texas we have real ID compliant DLs the backs have a 3d code that has both thumb prints and our face image with biomarkers for face recognition digitally stored on the back. They also have the individual vial code with the manufacturer and batch numbers and your individual dose number. After they printed out a sticker to put on the CDC card with the date time, manufacturer, batch number and vial number on the print out with my Do number and name. The second dose print out had all that again and also a QR code linking my paper card to the state database. I would bank on the feds just accessing the state database which you signed the release already to access that info by getting the shot. There will be a national QR code or block chain like bitcoin which is essentially unhackable paper cards will not be accepted they only said that to appease in practice they know everyone has smartphones even the “poor” if they lack a smartphone one is given to them remember obamaphones yup.

Not good enough. They probably already have developed nano-scanners that can read the vaccine nanochips already in your body from your "vaccine" remotely just like a hand held temperature scanner reads your temperature when held nearby.
