3) I have not and will not defend the stupid lockdowns/shutdowns. I’ve argued against that from the start. It’s ineffective at curbing transmission, actually drives MORE transmission, puts businesses OUT of business, and puts families INTO poverty.

5) Vaccines have been outside the jurisdiction of US courts since The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. Congress did so at the time under President Reagan because rabid anti-vaxxers were trying to sue polio vaccine makers out of business with nuisance suits based on absolute nonsense. Since 1986 (35 years ago), the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has handled all claims of vaccine injury. This is such a useless talking point to suddenly complain about now, after 35 years.

6) False claim. 92 million Americans have been vaccinated. COVID-19 has an Infection Fatality Rate of 0.65%. If 92 million Americans got COVID-19 right now, 598,000 would die. There have been ZERO deaths causally linked to a COVID-19 vaccine. Even if there were some (and there aren’t), nobody has tried to claim that 600,000 people have died because of a COVID-19 vaccine. That would be sheer lunacy.

So the claim itself is absurd on its face.
