I agree - they will very much likely strike it down if it even happens. But in the slim chance that they do not, then we will strike it down through defiance instead.

I think it very probable that SCOTUS refused to hear election cases because the steal involved foreign governments and thus beyond their actual scope; they do not have clearance for classified info. They would have had to see evidence that they cannot legally access. The foreign interference was an act of war, beyond the jurisdiction of SCOTUS.
