Some could be based on equal protection clause in the Constitution.
Others could be based on anything in law that prohibits “second class citizens”.
Others, as noted in the post, could be based on the illegality of mandating something that is under an EUA.”
If everyone could just quit using the businesses that require this and object to the businesses and Congress Critters, the derps might be forced to back down. Unfortunately, I’m not thinking there are enough USA people who will do so.
